At Chubby Unicorn Cantina, we’re all about tasty bites, beachy vibes, and not taking ourselves too seriously (except when it comes to tacos—that’s serious business). Nestled in the heart of Denver’s RiNo Art District, right across from Mission Ballroom, our colorful little spot runs on tacos, tequila, and the untamed spirit of a RiNo—okay fine, a “Chubby Unicorn” who knows how to have a good time. Pre-show hangs, post-work wind-downs, or just because it’s Tuesday—whatever brings you in, we’ll make sure it’s the kind of fun you’ll want to taco ‘bout.

Here’s a menu hack at Chubby Unicorn: order the Caesar salad! It’s made with romaine, house Caesar dressing, heirloom cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and tortilla crisps, with the option to add asada or shrimp for five bucks. It’s a sleeper hit on the menu. So good!
